Brazil Santos Coffee Farm

This coffee comes from small producers in the rolling hills of Sul de Minas, one of Brazil's most celebrated coffee-growing regions in the state of Minas Gerais. The mild climate, gentle rainfall, and distinctive microclimates bring out the best in the trees, producing coffees of remarkable consistency and character.

The farms are small to medium in size — 10 to 150 hectares — and have been farmed for generations. This deep-rooted tradition of family stewardship, combined with Sul de Minas' ideal growing conditions, is what gives Brazil Santos its signature elegance.

Our Brazil Santos is graded SSFC 17/18, reflecting careful sorting and preparation for export. Grown at 950–1,100 meters on volcanic loam soil, the Mundo Novo, Catuai, Icatu, and Bourbon varieties are naturally processed and sun-dried, yielding a medium roast with notes of mandarin orange and chocolate and a smooth, medium-bodied cup.
