Our Single Origin collection brings together specialty-grade coffees sourced from the world's most celebrated growing regions — from the wine-bright highlands of Ethiopia and Kenya to the earthy volcanic soils of Sumatra and Bali, the clean mountain farms of Colombia and Costa Rica, and the rich, complex terroir of Tanzania and Uganda. Each origin is a distinct experience: a different altitude, a different processing method, a different story in the cup.
At Covered Bridge Mercantile, we believe traceability matters. These coffees are sourced from specific farms and regions, roasted to honor what the land and the farmer put into them. Some even come with their own farm story — because the best cup of coffee is one you know something about.
