Bali Blue Moon takes its name from the bean — the hallmark bluish hue that emerges from Giling Basah, the traditional wet-hulling process unique to Indonesia. Smallholder farmers in the Kintamani highlands of central Bali hand-pick Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties grown at 1,200–1,600 meters on volcanic loam soil, fermenting and wet-hulling each lot in their own micro-mills. No pesticides. No synthetic fertilizers. Just a thousand-year-old tradition of tending the land with care.

Now in a single-serve pod: a medium-dark roast with notes of baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper, and molasses — rich, complex, and unmistakably Bali. Compatible with Keurig K-Cup® brewers.
