Good things come to those who wait. Mount Mansfield Maple Products has partnered with a small craft distillery located just outside of Chicago to combine two passions: organic pure maple syrup and fine spirits.

As hand selected maple syrup rests in previously used charred oak barrels, it mingles with smoke and bourbon.

Bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is by far Mount Mansfield's most popular flavor. It takes up to six months to make a batch, and they only do a limited run once a year.

Initially, you experience the pleasant bite of bourbon on the nose with a hint of cloves, vanilla and caramel. This is softened by the rich and silky sweet that only pure Vermont maple syrup can deliver.
