Alma de Chiapas is an incubator cooperative — built not just to pool resources, but to train its 599 member farmers in business, finance, and quality management, with the goal of graduating them to independent standing in the specialty coffee market. Grown at 900–1,000 meters on clay mineral soils across the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, the Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties are fully washed and sun-dried.
Now in a single-serve pod: a medium roast with notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple — warm, approachable, and quietly complex. Compatible with Keurig K-Cup® brewers.
