The American hazelnut grows native across the eastern woodlands, but Vermont sits at the northern edge of its range — the boundary where the shrub finds its limit, tucked into rocky hillsides and old hedgerows, unhurried and wild. Northern Boundary Hazelnut starts there, with that sense of place, and brings it into the cup. A specialty-grade medium roast, carefully flavored with natural hazelnut oil while still warm from the roaster. Nutty, smooth, and quietly grounded — the way things are at the edge of the map.
