Papua New Guinea
Papua New Guinea is one of the most culturally diverse nations on earth — over 800 native languages spoken across the eastern half of the world’s second largest island and 600 offshore islands. Coffee is woven into that diversity: 16 provinces produce it, with 90% of production concentrated in the Eastern and Western Highlands, Jiwaka, Morobe, and Chimbu provinces. For 400,000 rural households, coffee isn’t a specialty product — it’s a livelihood.
Our Papua New Guinea is sourced from small agricultural cooperatives in Chimbu Province, grown at 1,350 meters on volcanic loam soil. The Bourbon and Typica varieties are fully washed and sun-dried, producing a medium roast with notes of caramel, honey, and fruit — a cup that’s naturally sweet, layered, and unmistakably its own.
From the highlands of the South Pacific, to your cup.
