Peru Coffee Pods
El Palto began in 2003 with just 35 farmers. Today, the Asociacion de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto — known simply as JUMARP — counts 189 members farming approximately 550 hectares of organic coffee in the Amazonian Andes of northern Peru. Forty of those members are women, represented on the cooperative’s Board of Directors. The mission hasn’t changed: increase production, improve quality, and with it, each member family’s income.
Grown at 1,600–1,800 meters in the Amazonas region, the Typica, Castillo, Bourbon, and Catimor varieties are fully washed and certified Grade 1, SHG, EP. Now in a single-serve pod: a medium roast with medium acidity, a smooth body, and notes of lemon, herbal, and chocolate. Compatible with Keurig K-Cup® brewers.
*We are not affiliated with Keurig or K-Cup. Incorporated herein for reference regarding brewing compatibility only.
