Sourced from JUMARP (El Palto), a 189-member organic cooperative in the Amazonian Andes, grown at 1,600–1,800 meters. Fully washed, Grade 1 SHG EP. Notes of lemon, herbal, and chocolate — clean, balanced, and grown with purpose.

Mexico Single Origin — Medium Roast
Sourced from Alma de Chiapas, an incubator cooperative of 599 farmers across the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, grown at 900–1,000 meters. Fully washed and sun-dried. Notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple — warm, approachable, and quietly complex.

Bali Single Origin — Medium-Dark Roast
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Kintamani highlands of central Bali, grown at 1,200–1,600 meters on volcanic loam soil. Hand-picked and wet-hulled using the traditional Giling Basah process. Notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar — rich, earthy, and deeply satisfying.
